ServiceNow Maintenance

I have experience of supporting and improving existing ServiceNow platform and applications as part or as a lead of project, hypercare and operation teams. The goal of maintenance is to ensure planable and cost effective upgrades and security patches, improvement of instance speed, stability, security and code quality, increase user experience and acceptance before, during and after maintenance activities.

Main activities as part of ServiceNow Maintenance

• Plan, prepare, execute and hypercare instance upgrades and patches
• Plan, prepare and execute instance cloning process
• Review and improve code quality in terms of stability and runtime
• Review logs on the instance, integrated systems and MID Servers
• Verify and improve security and safety of ServiceNow configuration
• Improve support and maintenance activities
• Continuous monitoring of platform, integrations, running applications and service portal interactions
