Product Development

As product architect, I assist product owner on working on ServiceNow applications and products while ensuring architecture integrity and good practices while increasing the value of the applications. In addition, I am responsible for defining the target solution design and leading a team of architects and developers, who will implement it iteratively.

Main activities of Product Development

• Participate in discovery workshops to gain client business concepts and technical dependencies
• Define architecture design and ensure its integrity into the platform and platform roadmap
• Own the technical part of the user stories in the backlog by working continuously with product owner and business stakeholders
• Lead development stages by planning, refining, and reviewing all items in the sprint
• Understand the client’s business processes and anticipate their needs
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration and ensure the delivery ist in time and quality
• Manage developer capacity and demand based on current and forecasted activities and deliverables
• Author the technical design of end-user stories as needed
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members
