Platform Governance

I have hands-on experience defining, building and improving platform (such as ServiceNow) governance and organisation, for example (ServiceNow) Center of Excellence, as a platform lead architect. I assist platform owner and platform teams while defining the strategy, roadmap, involved roles and required processes to build and run the application sustainable and professional.

Main activities during establishing and running a platform governance

  • Define target platform strategy, roadmap and ist position within your enterprise
  • Plan, build and run the service design and delivery
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the platform team and all interactions
  • Elaborate code of conduct, definition of ready, definition of done and other good practices to develop and offer services on the platform
  • Establish a proper marketing strategy and a transparent demand process
  • Improve services, processes, and qualifications
