ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Solution Design

I support your organisation and product team in making maximum profitable use of your investments by designing, planning and developing an IT system, a ServiceNow platform, and cloud applications for your company. I evaluate all business needs and develop solutions in the form of products or services. I am responsible for finding answers to raised problems and requirements, but also for actively elaborating the technical vision.

Furthermore, I ensure a ServiceNow product or ServiceNow platform strategy is in line with the mission of the organisation and that the right platform infrastructure and governance are in place and are consistent with the integrity of the enterprise.

Main responsibilities for ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Solution Design

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and business leaders to understand the client’s vision and how ServiceNow plays in their digital transformation journey. Translate business objectives to outcomes into a customer roadmap
  • Produce technical solutions with a detailed narrative for implementation, including documentation and collaboration with development team & partners
  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications
  • Analyse and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives
  • Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices
  • Work with clients and ServiceNow teams to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption, and on-going support
  • Contribute thought leadership (methodology and white papers) on how Advisory, Expert Services, and Co-Delivery can optimize to achieve customer outcomes
  • Define solutions across the platform that align to out of the box capabilities
  • Support the sales effort scoping and estimation that refine the customer vision and capabilities into activities and estimates
