Sometimes just a learning class or a virtual training is not enough. So we at Deloitte established a new format where we can learn to understand business requirements, to facilitate workshops, to code, and to network. We call it Deloitte Creator Lab. A lab format similar to hackathons were you get a topic and a limited amount of time to solve a problem or to build a solution (product, prototype).

There are plenty of different sub-formats with own rules and technologies. We developed own 1- or 2-day format similar to our client engagements and requirement workshops. Refer to some good practices and hints.

In our case, we learn about ServiceNow and industries, development of new ideas and how to use innovative solutions, and build your own apps in one session. It is a perfect opportunity to get together ServiceNow professionals and business + industry experts.
